Plumtree — “Scott Pilgrim”
I still haven’t seen the film, but I noticed Michael Cera wearing a Plumtree shirt in the trailer, and thought that was kind of funny. It’s just today I remembered that Plumtree did a song called “Scott Pilgrim”. This kind of makes me retarded, especially since it’s on the soundtrack. They also have a new best-of album on iTunes. Now I’m all nostalgic for the Halifax Pop Explosion and my campus radio days. (Actually, I should have a tape of me interviewing Plumtree from about twelve years ago somewhere in my possessions.)
Didn’t see Scott Pilgrim in theaters last weekend? Don’t worry, no one else did either. But if you’ve been meaning to read the comics, all six volumes are now available for the iPad/iPhone.
